Terms and Conditions

Present your ticket at front desk.

Ticket is non-refundable but can be replaced by calling the park and asking for your ticket to be reissued to the email address it was purchased under.

Refunds will be giving if a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours out from day of rental. If no show or cancel on the day of the scheduled rental than no refund will be given.

Tickets are uniquely barcoded. If altered or duplicated the ticket is not valid.

Tickets for cage rentals are valid only for the day and time purchased.
